We recently took part in a 'Zoom' science workshop with Brendan Joyce, a Marine Biologist, who explained to us the effect Carbon has on our seas and marine life.
We carried out experiments which showed us how Carbon affects the PH of our seas and how this can adversely effect marine life. We also looked at how we can counteract the rising acidity levels in our seas.
We also investigated how high levels of acidity can damage and break down shells over time.
